Welcome to Kettlebell Synergy. I`m excited to inform the public of the fantastic gains that can be obtained by training with kettlebells. Its Functional Fitness for "real people"

Here`s what you can expect from Kettlebell training:

The key to Kettlebell training is that it works the body as a unit. You perform multi-joint compound moves which are key to your functional strength. This helps mould a lean toned body; you are not doing the typical gym isolation exercises to try and build a big musculature.

Another issue that Kettlebells address is your bodies inbalances in flexibility and strength. Because Kettlebells work the body using natural movement patterns any weaknesses will be corrected, and the body will be less prone to injury and naturally balanced out. The fluid, dynamic movements teach you to engage your whole body and build core strength.

If you accept responsibilty for yourself, and set your goals out of your comfort zone, you will be amazed at what your body and mind can achieve !
